Hi! I just got my IPOWER account and because this is my second time
ordering from IPOWER, I wasn't suprised at the technical features it
provides. (the server speed, bandwidth and disk storage etc.)
Rather, I'm very very amazed and impressed by the new Control Panel.
It's just like Windows XP's interface and is so clean and nice, easy and
sweet to use.
Last but not least, the best is the Webmail tool. All I can say is
that this Webmail tool is like Outlook Express, only better! It's a
major change from the NeoMail tool!
I may have made several major mistakes in my life, but ordering from
IPOWER has never been a mistake at all. It's like God gave his
everything to this company and it's services.

In the process of setting up my new account at IPOWER, I spoke with
several different techs that assisted me in the process. At the close of
each conversation, I was invited to call the tech again if need be. They
even provided their first and last name and extension numbers and called
me back twice! That may not be unusual at IPOWER, but you see, in the
last year of service at my previous host, featureprice.com, I was not
able to speak with one single tech even though I must have attempted to
establish phone contact with FP many times.
Thanks IPOWER for what I consider a luxury and what IPOWER appears to
consider a normal part of daily business. I hope this philosophy of
quality customer service at IPOWER never changes.
The person I spoke with in your sales department was very friendly
and helpful! I'm switching from "featureprice" and was confused and
frustrated before I got to IPOWER. The sales person I spoke with was
great! Thanks alot!
